Once a year, the chapter aims to hold an in-person meeting to review chapter activities, finances, and elect vacant roles on the board. All members can vote at this meeting.

How do I register for an event?
Registration links are included in each event notice. If registration is required, please complete the form to receive confirmation and calendar details.
Are events open to non-members?
Many sessions are open to guests. Member pricing and early access may apply for select workshops and partner events.
Do you offer virtual attendance?
Where possible, events are offered virtually or in hybrid format. Connection details are provided after registration.
Will I receive a receipt or confirmation?
Yes. You will receive an email confirmation after registering. Please retain it for your records and expense reporting.
Can I suggest a speaker or topic?
Absolutely. We welcome proposals from members and partners. Please share your idea by emailing hello@armaottawa.ca
How can my organization sponsor an event?
Sponsorship opportunities may include speaking slots, event support, or resource sharing. Contact us to discuss options aligned with chapter guidelines.
Will I receive education credits for attending the event?
Yes, we will share the continuing education credits available for each event with the formal event notice. We work with ARMA, ICRM, and AIIM to facilitate approvals of education credits.
